About Tricia
Recognizing that job searching can be stressful, overwhelming and flat out time consuming, I created JobSeeker Success in 2013 to partner with jobseekers in landing their next job. With a 15+ year background in college/alumni career services, teaching and coaching, I understand the job search process and how employers select the best candidates. Specializing in entry to mid-level professionals, I have helped hundreds of clients with diverse backgrounds from all over the country produce quality resume and cover letters, expertly prepare for interviews and increase job search confidence with immediate positive results. I especially enjoy helping jobseekers through career transitions and moms returning to the workforce. My personalized and professional approach along with a strong commitment to client success led to my biggest accomplishment: 100% of my clients today are from past client referrals.
Outside of career coaching, I enjoy spending time with my family as a mom of two boys, as a business owner and fitness instructor at Jazzercise of West Hartford and with coffee (lots of coffee).
