Before working with Tricia, my resume and cover letter were a mess. The resume was organized but hard to read and the letter was pretty bland and unhelpful. Even though I knew they weren't what I wanted, I just didn't know how to make them any better. Tricia was incredibly helpful. Since we live near each other she was willing to meet me in person to listen carefully to my situation, make detailed notes, and ask precise questions. In the first meeting we spent about an hour talking and by the end I was extremely confident in her ability to edit and re-write as necessary.
